Cancellations and Refunds

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be done online through Eventbrite. No refunds or credits will be granted after October 19, 2018 -- refunds will not be given for no-shows. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute; please contact Rachel Simon (info@saferalternatives.org) to communicate changes to an existing symposium registration. 

 

Associated Event: Short Course

On Friday, November 2nd, 2018, a training course is offered after the Symposium is adjourned. If you are interested in the training course, please contact Rachel Simon at info@saferalternatives.org.
